“I appreciate the extended discussion of the news, specifically political, which I enjoy about NPR shows, but without the overwhelming liberal slant. I first heard of the Daily Signal when a Heritage Foundation fellow spoke at my sons' graduation from Regent University several years ago. I've followed it every since and was thrilled to discover the podcast. The length is perfect!
One purely artistic comment or critique is that the primary voices, Daniel and Katrina could improve their delivery. Katrina actually sounds better during the news read but Daniel is better in the conversation and discussion. Danile is a bit stiff during news while Katrina relaxes too much during discussion. Sometimes the almost "valley girl" inflections and familiarity can be distracting. Striking a balance is tough, but I would prefer a bit more polish and professsionalism. You guys can be every bit as professional and more than NPR but with the "right" perspective! Keep it up!”Read full review »
