“It’s a pity, because there’s really great content here, but I would estimate that a solid 40-50% of each episode is actually just promoting his various books, courses, website, etc.
Incredibly distracting, and not how I am intentionally choosing to spend my time. There are other podcasts about stoicism that provide more meaningful discussion and more substantive returns on your time spent listening.”
