I've purchased all of Dave's books, so I certainly understand his financial plan and I typically know how he will answer a caller's question. So why do I listen to this podcast? One word: motivation. I completely agree that the largest factor underpinning financial success is disciplined behavior; the nuts and bolts of financial knowledge are secondary. Dave's messages motivate me because they are powerful yet deceptively simple: work hard; delay gratification; don't depend on others, including the government.
