Good advice; show too political
First, let me say after a few weeks of listening I decided to keep my functional, however incredibly boring car and I do thank Dave for that. However sometimes I have been left fuming after listening his rantings of anything the government does to his apologetics of the ownership society (you know, the part where you are on your own). Dave can be entertaining and with callers displays a mixture of humor, sympathy, sarcasm and wit that usually hits the nail on the head, but sometimes the advice feels a bit one size fits all. No matter how desperate the situation, no matter how overwhelmed the caller, it is always some type of stick to it, be tough, pull yourself up by your boot straps speech. And I have never heard any talk that in every other industrialized country in the world people don't have to contemplate either bankruptcy or selling everything and eating rice and beans for perpetuity after suffering a medical emergency. I will keep listening for now and be thankful that on an ipod its easy to fastworward.Read full review »
