A Good Listen For People With Debt Problems
I listen every once in a while and find it interesting, mostly for the musings on consumer culture and the shock that so many people are so clueless about money. There are a few things he tells people to do that don't make any sense financially, but they do make sense from the perspective that he's giving advice to someone who needs to learn self control and budgeting. That said, I mostly agree with him. Some of the other posters have complained about the Christian related parts of the show. I'm not a Christian, or any other religion, but I didn't find the Christian aspect of the show overbearing. If there are bad points to the show, it would be: 1. He plugs things a little too often. 2. Dave's advise is extremely practical on all fronts and I enjoy his on-air condescension. I really could care less about his attitude towards the people that call in. Do you hear them?
