Honor Your Intuition
4 days ago I came to a point in my life when I felt terrified. I felt that my toxic relationship with food and my ideas about my body would be forever the same and that I would continue to suffer every single day. This fear of “more of the same” felt greater than any other fear that existed in that moment- weight gain, judgement (internal and external), loss of control- and I made a conscious decision to make active efforts to begin to learn how to trust my body and honor my intuition. I started listening to Jessi’s podcast and everything felt so relatable and really made sense. She is most definitely a compassionate human with a lot to offer and I promise if you’re struggling with food or body image, you won’t regret listening to this podcast. This could be your first step in your recovery.

I love following Jessi on social media so I was so excited to listen to her podcast! The Dear Body Podcast is all of the helpful info I’ve seen on her instagram condensed and organized nicely by subject matter. I love listening to it when I need a refresher. Can’t wait to learn more from her.

5 episodes in and this is officially my favourite podcast ever! Jessi is so REAL. I’ve never felt so understood in my struggles, but also empowered to overcome them. Jessi, you were meant to make podcasts! We are listening and we love you.
