“I really wanted to say that the hosts have done a great job. I mean I found them on instagram and then there were all these hyped up posts about how much they spent on their equipment, and how refined and amazing their podcast was going to be, I was really looking forward to listening to them! But the show falls flat. It is like I am listening to a class lecture. And I know that they are reading off a script. I mean come on. If I just wanted facts I could have listened to DD News, or just read about the crime online.
They claim to be the best and only podast about Desi Crime, but there needs to be a LOT of work put in. If this is the best, I'd rather stay away from the genre in India. Just making fat claims about being a professional podcast, does not make it a podcast professional. I feel terribly let down and felt like I wasted a lot of my time listening to a couple of kids reciting off a rehersed script.
Or maybe truecrime as a genre requires someone older and more stable as hosts, as most truecrime podcasts around the world and in India are started by and are hosted by millenials. All the best kids, live a little, come out of your comfort zones, and maybe first see how your podcast is without spending a LOT of your parent's money on the show. It's better to start small, maybe you guys should introspect and see if this leap is too big for you.
Thanks for wasting my time. Will not return. But Best of luck for your future.

“I really like that the makers have kept the time limit from 20-30 minutes and the factual accuracy of each and every case. Truly one of the best Indian crime podcasts out there.”
“Loved the content. The research done is amazing and the narration is nothing less than perfect. The Eery background score creates makes the podcast ever so immersive and makes sure you latch on to it to the very end.
Please be on the lookout for unsolved cases (I know they’re harder to...”Read full review »

“I started listening to the Desi Crime podcast in the middle of the pandemic, because I wanted to keep my mind engaged. Being a true crime buff I was very drawn to this podcast on reading about it in a times of India article. Once I started I got addicted to listening to Aryan and Aishwarya whose...”Read full review »
