“This show is written as though the Catholic Church in the 80s was still pre-Vatican II. I would have been in high school when this murder-suicide happened, a Catholic high school. I went to Catholic school K-12 and was not bombarded with devil teachings and that of Revelation, the occult, or the anti-Christ. Further, if you went to Catholic school you didn’t go to CCD on the weekends. I have lots of problems with the Catholic Church, some Jesuits in particular, but this show is chock full of bad information and terrible research.”

“1. This podcast seems to think satanism is an actual Thing in all its satanic panic glory. There is no evidence of this. 2. Sometimes young people have psychotic episodes and do horrific things in the state of psychosis. No demons needed. 3. The sound effects were too loud and badly timed.”

“I hate when tv shows and podcasts do this. The music is so loud it detracts from the podcast. I can’t pay attention to what they’re saying because I’m too busy being annoyed and wondering why the music is so darn loud.”
