The tie that binds
Why do we do what we do in the outdoors? Is it for adventure, exploration, personal discovery, searching for personal meaning, thrills, to get out into nature? I don't admit to know what it is, but the Dirtbag Diaries captures some of all of this and more. Even if you don't climb, ski, boat, hike, etc, you will find these stories to be inspirational if not at least purely entertaining.Read full review »

I have only just discovered this joy...the joy of listening to ordinary people do extraordinary things. The wit, hunour and sensitivities of the stories all cast in an appreciation of where we will and play. The only problem is remembering to turn it off and go outside.

The stories are great and its well written... Unfortunately I HAD to unsubscribe to the podcast because the audio mixing is horrible.
