“I keep hoping this podcast will get better, but it just seems to stay in a rut. Tom can be a bit negative and definitely has a hard time controlling the rest of the panel. Mary Jo is certainly nice and positive; Michael is always positive and informative; Tony can definitely get a bit worked up; but the real problem is Nancy's inability to let the other people to talk uninteruppted. She just usually takes over and also has a reference back to herself and her family.
