They dive deep into the physiology of why it’s important to strength train for weight loss (apparently cardio isn’t the answer) and that if I want my low back pain to go away, I should really learn how to strengthen it effectively! The episode talking about the history of machines was very interesting too. I’m hooked. The interviews were quick, in depth and easy to follow along with. Keep up the great work guys!”
