Outstanding pilot episode by Discover Strength. Without a doubt, this first episode triggered a paradigm-shift with regard to how I’d been thinking and approaching strength training in the past. Host creates an engaging discussion with credible guest, Dr. James Fisher, to bring forward helpful, evidence-based learnings that debunk many of the myths I’d inherently come to accept as fact. This will most certainly have me thinking differently, and smarter, about my strength and fitness journey going forward. Very well-done and eager to see how this podcast evolves!
