Another win for Discover Strength
In this pilot episode, Logan Herlihy expertly engages Dr. James Fisher in a fascinating conversation about strength training myths. Dr. Fisher is clearly passionate about his work and presents evidence debunking these myths in a very compelling, accessible way. (And he’s a cyclist…huge plus in my book!) Logan - a well-spoken and knowledgeable host - did a great job pacing the conversation, and I thought the brief chat with DS colleague David Gschneidner for feedback at the end provided even more food for thought. Eagerly anticipating the next episode!
