“Jim is a great source of information, but his overuse of the words "again" and "literally" is maddening. He also has an annoying habit of heaving overly dramatic sighs at regular intervals. It must be nice to feel that you are smarter than the entire Disney company. Sometimes Len speaks so fast I check the playback speed on my iPhone.
