“In Episode five of the podcasts, I was listening intently about the Makan point 22 rifle, that belonged to the Demler family, and how Mr Demler wanted it out of the district, rater than it be test fired like all the other rifles handed in.
I was gobsmacked to hear Lynette Stevens gossiping about Buster Stuckey, Richard Thomas and Karl Lobb being involved in the murder. Also how Buster was the only one questioned about it by Eugene Bingham and his team, Richard and Karl weren’t mentioned.
Talk about singling one person out. Problem is the podcast was ruined because there was more vital evidence about another combination 410/22 gun that was also in the hands of Mr Demler, who lied to the police that he had no guns in 1970. Eugene Bingham knew that it was malicious gossip from Lynette Stevens.
From the Stuckey family.”
