Victory and Hugs during Vulnerability
We are so vulnerable and ignorant when we are forced on this journey in life that no one specifically asks for. I was taken advantage of not only by my ex but also by those who I paid to help me in my legal battle. However finding this podcast has been a revelation and source of clarity through the mud. I wish I found it sooner!! It is such a calming and guiding influence that has helped me more than words. Listening to Laura and Lyn has been like my cheer squad in the corner, my coach behind the lines, my hug when I’m scared and my common sense when I’m confused. Truth when I don’t know who is telling me lies, and my reassurance when I’m overwhelmed. It all makes sense when you listen to them. They are my go-to resource in my questions, and my number-one recommendation to anyone going through the divorce journey. Thank you Laura and Lyn, you are truly transforming lives through your podcast, and are empowering the vulnerable in their weakest moment. I am stronger because of this podcast, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Love the stuff around dealing with high conflict people and self care. We get so busy surviving we tend to neglect our own needs. And as you said so well, part of that self care is not letting the legal stuff consume you. Great practical - and realistic! - advice!
