A lot of jokes and some history
I've been listening to these two for quite a while now. It IS a history podcast. The subjects are generally interesting. Dave, the host, knows how to pronounce many words, but can't be bothered to learn things like pronunciation or definitions. That's fun. Gareth is genuinely funny, and without him the podcast would probably not exist. Unfortunately, thanks to a staggering number of "Jesus Christ" responses, he can now officially be replaced with a soundboard. Other than that, unneccessary laughter from Dave for fun and silly asides from Gareth sometimes kill the flow of the show so much you forget who is being talked about and why. I do love a great rant by Dave (especially aimed at Greg haha) but I love seeing this other side to Dave.
