“I've been a fan of the podcast for a while, but because I flow the EPL less than La Liga and Serie A I don't always tune in. This last episode on Cristiano Ronaldo and #metoo definitely brought me back into the fold though. I have lots of appreciation for the guys tackling this issue with a great guest and great analysis of this particular case as well as the larger context. I follow a lot of soccer/football podcasts, and this is the only one so far that has bothered to address this story beyond saying "that's not a topic for us today." “Mike and Mike do a great job of examining the beautiful game through the lens of analytics. Unlike a lot of sports analytics podcasts, they make it much less abstract and give listeners are greater understanding of the sport, both on and off the pitch”
