“I just stumbled on this podcast. I love the episodes where there is just banter. Keeps me entertained on my morning runs. Also, crazy to hear that you guys have been doing the Saran Wrap on the Achilles. I wrap my Achilles in Saran Wrap after coating it with diclofenac gel for a few nights whenever it flares up and it works like a charm!! I didn’t know anyone else did this hahaha.
