BITR is the best podcast for all things running. Shoe and gear reviews, news on upcoming race events, race recaps, and a lot of humor. Great dynamic between the hosts Thomas, Meg and Robbe. Love the check ins! Really enjoyed the guest check in this past week from Firm Believer, Lin!

This show definitely scratches the itch of just talking running. I like it for long runs on the treadmill or multitasking. Thomas sounds exactly like Bill Simmons. I automatically picture Bill every time he speaks. 😂😂

Wonderful podcast to listen to while walking/running. All three host bring their own unique perspective and the review of shoes are super helpful.

Hands down the best podcast around right now. The chemistry of the hosts is unmatched and a welcome addition to my podcast rotation. The randomness and sidetracked nature is completely relatable and hilarity ensues almost every episode. Keep up the great work

Guys this podcast so good I watch on YouTube and then go to Apple Podcasts and forward though the episode so the podcast can get the credit also. Btw, cause yall asked about it last time I left a review…PR in name did stand for Puerto Rican cause of my ethnicity but after you guys mentioned it I...Read full review »

Kind of upset by the comments suggesting people get overly worked up about abortion and making light of the importance of voting. I get that it’s not a politics podcast but maybe staying quiet is the best move if you aren’t very well informed.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to tell you this show is one of my favorites! It’s informative but so funny- I also listen to Fuel for the Sole and love that one too!! Keep up the great work!

Yeah. That was a great show! It was my first The Drop, it will not be the last

I found The Drop late in my running journey but it seems right at the perfect time! I love the Friday podcasts the most, they are right before my long runs and this weeks drop was beyond perfect- I laughed several times which I needed on a day when the last thing I wanted to do was run! Thanks...Read full review »

I could say so much, but I’ll try to be concise. Thomas going on bird, death, or attack dog tangents, Robbe’s latest trash escapades, and Meg attempting to hold it all together: this podcast is almost undefinable, but it’s great for ticking off the miles. I started running again in February ‘23,...Read full review »

Great podcast - the split show format has something for everyone, whether you want an easy listen that feels like sharing a few miles (and/or a few beers) with your local running group or more in-depth interviews with industry experts. I started listening about a year ago and the banter and humor...Read full review »

Loved the episode with Robbe and Dr. Maffetone. Robbe was so genuine in asking questions and relating to the everyday runner. I go so much out of this episode. Love all the others, too!

I typically really enjoy The Drop, and the chemistry between the hosts is pretty evident when they’re having casual conversation. They all obviously have a solid running background, put out some thorough shoe reviews, and host some cool events. With that said, I wish they would do some more...Read full review »

I generally like this podcast but just had to come on here and write this review because this episode really annoyed me and I couldn’t finish it. Around min 35, Phil says something along the lines of “just look around at any marathon and you can see how many fat people there are that aren’t...Read full review »

Love this podcast so much. The mix of characters, stories, banter, reviews and interviews are the perfect entertainment for all the solo miles. Robbe and Thomas are not afraid to get a little weird sometimes and Meg can reel them in and keep them on track when necessary. The variety of guests...Read full review »

I love you guys dearly. I keep wanting to save the episode for a nice long easy run but sometimes I find it’s hard to run with you in my ear because I can’t stop laughing. I love The Drop! I was listening to episode 176 today while on a very hot walk when you started talking about shaved ice. I grabbed my keys as soon as I got home and drove to a local shop to get one. So good! I have gotten several of my running crew hooked as well, it’s must listen material for all of my runs, be they short or long. It’s the perfect combination of running shoe information, goofing off and great running interviews.

Thanks to “Ali On The Run” podcast, I was led to “The Drop” and I’m in love! They kind of meander around for a while about random things—it they had timestamps that indicated when they actually talked about running the show would be greatly improved.

I’ve been a listener for 2 years at this point. I would say this and Ali on the run are my favorite podcast. They keep it fresh and entertaining. Love the podcast. I prefer the ones without the guests but mostly because the interviewer tends to interrupt the guest almost constantly. The interruptions flow better when it’s just the three of them. Loved the episode with Ali on the run. She was a master at deflecting interruptions 😂

A ragtag crew of misfits meandering their way through lengthy conversations loosely about running.
