“Great podcast - the split show format has something for everyone, whether you want an easy listen that feels like sharing a few miles (and/or a few beers) with your local running group or more in-depth interviews with industry experts. I started listening about a year ago and the banter and humor helped keep my spirits up while recovering from a stress fracture and Thomas, Robbie, and Meaghan have been a staple on my long runs since. I’ve learned a lot that has helped me improve my running - the interviews are great and give a wealth of knowledge to help you find what works for you, but I’m also here for the tangents on ticks, Royal Farms coffee, and fireworks. I feel like a good bit of US running culture is centered in places like Colorado or Boston and while it’s always fun to see that, there’s also something refreshing, especially as a South-Central PA native, to see a group of down-to-earth runners on the east coast talking about stuff we can all relate to. And as a south-central PA native I can say that the occasional digs they make on my home state’s roads and drivers are fair and deserved. Love The Drop and Fuel for the Sole, keep up the awesome work!”

“Somehow this has become my favourite running podcast. The laid back chit chat about running shoes and news is great company when out running. Most runners are kinda weird but these guys seem alright plus Meaghan is kinda cute. Good vibes from England!”
