Entertaining and Insightful
I love this podcast. I think John King brings in excellent guests: Cheryl Strayed, David Sedaris, Dylan Landis, etc. He asks questions in his interviews that I would never have thought to ask, and the answers end up being everything I want to know. The mini-readings woven into the episodes add even more spark to the content. I've also had the opportunity to work with him on multiple occasions, and I think his enthusiasm for reading and writing permeates every episode. If you are listening to The Drunken Odyssey, it is a sure bet that you are also smiling.Read full review »
