Can you get fit from laughing your butt off?
I have been binge listening to The Dumbbells the past few days and it is incredible! Rarely has there been a podcast that is hilarious AND truly educational. (Get ready for me patting myself on the back.) I have lost 115.7 pounds over 16 months via Weight Watchers and have been doing DDP Yoga for 9 months and I'm STILL learning an awful lot, particularly how to have the proper mental attitude when it comes to making an athletic lifestyle choice. Eugene and Ryan are amazing and thanks to both of them for what I feel is an hour of personal training a week. Plus all the laughs. These guys are truly hilarious!! Hey Dumbbells, thanks so much for this great podcast -- has actually (for one of the rare times in my life) got me excited to excercise in a more intentional manner. Also, the bits are so good, laughing my workouts away each and every week. A must listen.
