Question for the Dumbbells
Hey guys I'm doing the rate and ask question thing. Also wanna say love the podcast and love your philosophy on working out and your inclusiveness of everybody. So my question is. I'm eat no dairy or gluten or added/ processed sugar, I'm doing the p90x3 Classic workout routine, and I have maybe a donut or some kind out cheat meal once per week but not a cheat day. My question is, with this routine am I missing out on anything. I'm not looking to be huge but just well rounded as far as strength training, cardio, and endurance. This work out seems to do the most for me but I just want to make sure I'm not missing out on something beneficial.
