“I just finished reading the Space Trilogy and my mind is reeling! So what do I do? Like any millenial, I turn to the internet. I searched the words "C.S. Lewis" on my podcast app, and lo and behold, I found exactly what I was looking for: something that discusses the works of Lewis in a way that makes it easier to understand, but that isn't full of the political virtriol that Christian-affiliated programs often are plagued with. These gentlemen are (at least on this podcast) fantastic ambassadors of the Christian faith. They are curious, intelligent, compassionate, and willing to invite anyone to question them if they feel called to. Living in the American south, I quickly converted from Catholicism to Atheism as a youth, wanting to get as far away from the violence as possible that I witnessed far too often (done in the name of Christ). But Dave and Matt have made me rethink this decision. Clearly, not all Christians are out to prove they are right, but are rather out to prove that Christianity can help in some of life's biggest problems and stuggles. “Very glad I found this podcast! It has really helped me in teaching the youth bible study at our church. Sometimes things are a bit gimmicky and yet oddly formal but the information and thoroughness is very good. Oh and great guests.”
