“Back in the late 80's and early 90's i had two pretty good friends whose families(both Jewish by the way) had escaped/defected from the U.S.S.R. One from Odessa and one from somewhere in Georgia, cant remember where exactly. We hung out a lot but my favorite memories of them were their stories about just everday life , crazy to us, events. Fistfights in long lines waiting for toilet paper/sneaking out of their apartments at night to buy black market car parts etc...Such a different world from the U.S. with a lot of good people in it ,just a terrible government. Anyway your stories and jokes remind me of them keep up the excellent work.”Read full review »
