Good show, but the ads are just ridiculous
This show is entertaining, and Kristaps' style is very good. However, the ads have gotten out of control. Placed in the middle of the episode, rather than the end(who does this?), they just ruin the flow of the episode. And they have gotten longer and longer. The 1988 episode is ~45 minutes long, and a solid ten minutes of that is his girlfriend begging for change on Patreon or some guy yelling at me to listen to his podcast. I get ads and sharing content with your listeners, but don't force us to listen to your ads (which make up 25% of the run time of your show) in the middle of the episode!

Thank you for the insight. After listening to the history of Russia & now your program, I understand a little bit more about this region. This country never seems to catch a break. History of poverty, illiteracy, & oppression.
