The podcast illustrates the value and potential of this medium. It's hard to see how Kristaps and his information could otherwise be accessible to such a far-flung audience. The perspective he offers from Latvia and, more generally, the Baltic nations is particularly useful for those who have an interest in these people and how they fared in the Soviet Union. Kristaps brings an entirely unique voice to the History genre. Being from Latvia, he gives us a perspective that no Westerner could offer. His accent is great, his subject matter superb… this is an all round great podcas that deserves a listen.
