“I really want to like this podcast because I'm a fan of TMS and I like many of the bands Eddie Trunk likes. First of all, like many other reviewers have noted, the listener is forced to wade through about 20 minutes of ads and banter in which Trunk talks about himself and name drops. This gets to be a little annoying. But, my personal pet peeve is Trunk's patronizing interviewing style in which he really kisses up to his guests. The typical interview with an 80s rock star goes something like this. "Everybody remembers the amazing success your band had in the 80s with your amazing albums and amazing tours that were truly amazing. Then the 90s came and you ended up cutting grass and painting houses but now you have a new record out on Your Mama' Left Uncle records and it's truly amazing and we can't wait to see your amazing tour at county fairs and mall openings across the country."”Read full review »
