Ari is a metabolism, fat loss and nutrition expert, who has developped a program called the Energy Blueprint, teaching 'the SCIENCE of overcoming fatigue and building real energy' naturally, without resorting to artificial quick fixes. The podcast aims to interview experts in their fields, on topics such as Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, adrenal fatrigue, chhronic fatigue etc. This is good stuff.
