Informative, excellent guests
I found Ari via a weight loss program I am involved in. What I love about him is his use of evidence based information and putting that information into practical use and terms. I have listened to his first three podcasts and was duly impressed. All three guests were engaging, informative, and in accordance with Ari's evidence based approach to the study of energy systems in the human body. I have degrees in Neuroscience and Physical Therapy and really appreciate the way Ari makes the physiology of energy accessable without watering or 'dumbing' it down. Dr. Sarah Myhill came across as a very impressive, informed, and highly intelligent woman. I enjoyed her interview and appreciated the way Ari summerized and verified his understanding of the information she presented. In doing that, he helps the listener to understand complex physiology and related theories. Isabela Wentz's interview on the Thyroid and Hashimotos was also engaging and informative. On a personal note, I am currently diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and my conventional testing for thyroid problems comes out negative - but I have been questioning that for a while. Now I am armed with more information to have an informed discussion with my doctors regarding medications and perhaps a more accurate diagnosis. Dr. Bryan Walsh was a fun and informative listen as well. I was making Easter dinner, so I couldn't stop to take notes, so I may listen again! Thank you for carefully choosing guests that help bring this information to the public and do a great job of supporting your work!Read full review »
