Affable, Engaging & Impactful!
In an era where inner solace and quality of life are sought en masse in myriad forms, and so many of us become steeped and ensconced in wellness podcasts, informative and inspirational columns, masterclasses galore and a bevy of offerings promoting growth, oneness and healing, Ari is a refreshing standout and affable interviewer who asks gutsy and relevant questions which most hosts don’t explore! His relatability shines through quite beautifully vis-à-vis the man’s humble and genuine style, coupled with his expressed gratitude for being connected to his expert guests, in tandem with his own evident desire to expand and acquire their insight right along with his listeners. Incorporating humor, and a seamless ability to encapsulate varied themes and multidimensional tenets and takeaways from those on his podcast, The Energy Blueprint is always an experience which lends to learning, some laughter, and “a light going off” in some illuminating and helpful way, as Ari brings guidance and elevation to us all! Whether querying the fabulous Qi Gong master Lee Holden, presenting irreverent periodontal experts and showcasing their perspectives on oral care and much else, exploring thyroid health and a wide gamut of wellness, (told from those led to their functional and integrative practices due to their own discoveries or journeys and navigation of ailments, past trauma, and struggles); or sharing his own mentors and their chiropractic knowledge and reinvigorating angularities - or most recently introducing us all to a wonderfully articulate woman and her concept of sexual activity connecting us to The Divine - (the latter terrific delivery serving as the latest edition); Ari’s “ENERGY” is such a welcoming one and his podcasts are an absolute joy to take in!

These podcasts are well worth listening to - all the speakers are excellent and well-known in their fields. For me, the podcast on adrenal fatigue was really really excellent because it overturns some of the accepted ideas and thus points to new research, specifying underlying causes.
