I really enjoyed this programme. Hoever, Ari, I'm confused about the correct diet.. As the books you have written say it's ok to eat carbs and Dr Myhill suggests eating a paleo/ketogenic diet. What do you suggest? Best regards RohanRead full review »

WOW! Guest speaker Dr Sara Myhill was a joy to listen to. I love her analogy of our cells functions to a car. My biggest take a way from this podcast was to work on getting my body in a state of ketosis, to put my mitochrondria in a productive mode Vs defensive mode, and the need to continue...Read full review »
