“Was really interested in listening to this, but the majority of the podcast is the host talking at length in a guardian-esk monologue, rather than letting the guests tell their story. First episode is mostly this, with the host repeatedly saying they went for breakfast, before allowing the guest snippets of airtime.
My guess is the host is better at writing retrospective pieces than on the spot questioning of interviewees, nothing wrong with that, but more guest discussion and anecdotes needed to make this a top podcast”

“Honestly a really really good take on hooliganism and definitely could feel how hard it was for the host to remain unbiased.
It definitely showed me a different side of things and prompted a deep conversation with my dad and his days in the 80s almost falling into hooliganism.
