“I was a fan of Randy Cohen and would like to enjoy this one as well. I think it has potential. It needs to be simplified: have people ask a question, then provide an answer. That's it. As it is now, you hear a lot of babbeling after the question: people on the phone who didn't hear the question clearly and go off on unfunny tangents.
