“The topics are interesting, and a sufficient amount of time is spent on each to give a good sense of the subject matter without feeling mired in details. Matt’s narration style is excellent — the episodes are very well-organized and pleasant to listen to. No unnecessary banter, tangents, or annoying “sidekick” (though there is that “Best Fiends” commercial in the middle of some of the earlier episodes....). Listening to each series has piqued my interest in the topics so much that I’ve looked for books to read on each one. Truly an excellent podcast!”
