Like talking with your smart friends
Ezra's stated purpose is to get beyond the "gotcha" talk you hear on most shows, where you try to prove a person wrong. Rather, he wants to understand everything from the interview-ee's point of view. So far, so good. I love shows like this. But what really makes this show unique is the way they get down into minutia, bit after bit. They do it in a friendly, casual manner, too. It's like listening to two smart friends talk about a subject that you kind of understand, but they take you a few levels further.Read full review »

Than two intelligent people talking in the way that were. Love the long form interview it allows for them to go on tangents that paint a much better picture of the person you are interviewing. Great job love it! Big fan of the weeds too!
