Brad Sewell was an honest footballer. Hard-working and dependable, Sewell would win a club best & fairest and then go on to taste the ultimate success with Hawthorn in 2008 and 2013, cruelly missing out on being selected for the 2014 Grand Final victory due to injury. We had a wonderful chat with the former midfielder about his journey, where it all began, the elimination final win against Adelaide in 2007, those two flags and that crude and infamous bump from Matthew Lloyd, which left Sewell unconscious during a tense and pivotal encounter in 2009.
