Should never on a travel podcast talk about destinations for people that have sex with certain people. In that case mention which podcasts are for straight people. Sad and unprofessional.

I love the dynamic between him and his guest, it's highly entertaining, and I always learn something. As an Italian-American, I love learning about Italy and getting an inside perceptive is so much fun! Highly recommended!Read full review »

Could be a very nice podcast if the soundquality was better. Interviewer and interviewee seem to have completely different microphones and/or recording techniques. One is very sharp (high) and the other as if he were under water. Even the volumes aren't in sync. If this item is solved I'll...Read full review »

Rick does such a fantastic job with these. He draws out his subjects with all the right questions, which then provides a lively and educational experience for the listener. You’re a natural journalist Rick! Saluti affettuosi, Chandi

Rick is a terrific guy and really an expert on moving to and living in Italy. I’ve been here almost 8 years and if I had a question, he’s who I’d ask. Websites and blogs providing a Disneyland view of living here are beyond irritating and this podcast gives you myriad perspectives on what it’s...Read full review »

I am a self confessed Italophile and this podcast helps to feed my hunger for the bel paese. Rick asks all the right questions of his guests and leaves me wishing I was in their (or his) shoes!

Probably the best website for those wanting a bridge to Italy. As an ex-pat, he gets it. Subscribing to his website is fun because he regularly has something new up there to learn. He doesn’t just post once a month or so. It’s worth checking his site frequently. He’s pretty objective, has a lot...Read full review »
