Excellent
This is such a well-constructed, thorough and unbiased podcast - the kind of journalism we used to take as a given. Simply excellent production. Yes, the ads are annoying, but you can jump 30 seconds and skip most of them. And how else do you get quality, INDEPENDENT journalism for free? Interviews (with Blair especially) reveal the complete lack of any real sense of responsibility for all the damage that has been caused to the WORLD by destabilising the Middle East, based knowingly and culpably on half-truths, misdirections and outright lies. How those involved sleep at night is beyond me. Leadership may be about making hard decisions, but respect for leaders can only come from decisions made with intelligence, (I mean the cerebral kind, not dossiers). Campbell/Blair’s spin doctoring of facts has undermined trust in political institutions in much the same way political correctness has misdirected and undermined trust in the media. This podcast is a great example of the way back. Balanced, articulate, well-researched, and including interviews with many key figures and the benefit of hindsight. Much to be learned, but sadly, I fear falling on the deaf ears of those most guilty.

Wow
Amazing access to the key players and disturbing revelations. Revealing look at the machinations. Took me right back to the time. It’s also weird to think of W as being well intentioned. I suppose compared to Trump, he was. An excellent podcast

Absolutely gripping! As one podcast ends I cannot wait for the next. Dimbleby at his best with fascinating contributions from individuals who had first involvement in the Bush-Blair bromance and its consequences. Fabulous!
