तो आज हमने चुना है ककसार या ककसाड़ फोक डांस को। ये फोक आर्ट MP -छत्तीसग़ड़ के बस्तर इलाके में रहने वाले Abuj-Maria tribal community का ट्रेडिशनल डांस है। ‘ककसाड़’ दरअसल स्थानीय देवता है जिनकी पूजा ये कम्युनिटी बारिश के बाद करती है। इस उम्मीद से अगर ‘ककसाड़’ का आशीर्वाद मिल गया तो उनके खेतों में उपज अच्छी होगी। तो उन्हें प्रसन्न करने के लिए साल में एक बार ज़ोरों शोरों से एक यात्रा निकाली जाती है और उसी दौरान इस लोक कला का प्रदर्शन किया जाता है। Listen to the full episode for more information.
