“What a great little hidden gem of a show. It may seem like you're average movie podcast from first glance but it's honestly such a unique one because of the hosts and kinds of content! Intellectual yet wacky and witty and just very unpredictable in the best possilble way. Plus they really feel like normal people, like they could be your neighbors. Not eye-rollingly prententious or fake ones like a lot of big movie podcasts out there right now (looking at you Pop Culture Leftovers, cough cough). The Film Buds is my favorite out there right now. Tend to side with Henry the most in terms of his reviews/opinions, seems to have the most relatable/rational kinds of reasoning for liking/disliking something and seems the most open to give all kinds of movies the benefit of the doubt. But Chloe is there to give smart and witty responses and she's pretty much always on point so no disrespect in the slightest, still love ya! Braden was probaby my favorite though, back in the day.
