… and not in a romantic way😏 Great interview, especially the honest answers about life as an adventurer/ storyteller. Its good to hear that you all struggle now and then. If not with the ideas that come up at once, then, realistically, with the time/ money balance. Personally I think that makes...Read full review »

I just discovered this podcast thru Ash Bhardwaj’s IG post. Thank you. Reminded me of my own travels to distant places over the years, memories that are even more valuable today with covid restrictions. The friendly voices of Pip, Ash, and guest, Levison, brightened up my Sunday morning! Looking...Read full review »

Brilliant first episode, I thought the interview with Monisha was really relatable and interesting. Touching on some really important travel writing issues but with lots of how-to info along the way as well. Nice one!

Good podcast well worth a listen. The first episode not great for me though maybe okay if suffering from middle class guilt but as a hard working Bricky who’s travelled, worked and climbed all over the world with all different races and cultures not for me. The daughter of two doctors telling us...Read full review »

Last night, after a particularly long day of mask-clad teaching, followed by a departmental History meeting and a research webinar, I decided to reward myself with an early night and some easy listening as an antidote to stress. I settled on the second instalment of @PipStewart's and...Read full review »

I am so enjoying these podcasts, especially since they seem to be created just for me - I was already half way through one of Monisha’s books, and am researching the Annapurnas for a future trip! The podcasts are really easy to listen to, interesting and insightful. Highly recommend to anyone...Read full review »

I just finished the first three episodes of The First Mile. Loved them all! Ash and Pip have a relaxed, yet inquisitive style that drew me into each episode. I couldn’t stop until I finished them all back to back, and they left me wanting more. Can’t wait to hear what’s next.
