Are you navigating your nutrition/exercise journey backwards? Conversation with Sheridan Jackson

Description
A little while ago I was approached by a fellow coach named Sheridan Jackson, to feature on her podcast, and talk all things exercise, nutrition, and mindset.   In this episode, Sheri and I talk about how to create that BALANCE between achieving body composition, and having “food freedom”. And yes, that ABSOLUTELY exists.   We talk about food relationships, and how important they are in the process of achieving success long term with your body composition, and how ignoring this stuff can lead you down a dark path, ultimately leaving you with little to nothing to show for it in terms of losing fat & building muscle.   We also give you some of the common pitfalls, roadblocks and blind spots we often see and how to avoid/ overcome them, as well as how to use numbers like scale weight and MFP tracking without obsessing over them, so that you ACTUALLY get results sustainably.   P.S. Please review my podcast, as it really helps get it out to more women that need to hear this. Review here:  https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-fit-free-podcast/id1651978022 P.S.S.
