Sensei Nakamura (7th Dan) is the World Chief Instructor of International Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-do Federation, which is also the largest traditional Okinawan Karate organization in the world! Sensei Nakamura learned from Master Shuichi Aragaki who is a direct student of the founder of Goju-Ryu Karate – Master Chojun Miyagi. Listen to podcast to learn about the importance of fitness in Martial Arts. We will learn some suggestions and receive valuable advice from the World Chief Instructor himself!
