Praises and an inquiry
First I would like to say that I love theses podcasts. Every guest that’s been brought on (that I’ve listened to, at least) has been engaging and informative. Liam is a great host and there never seems to be a lull in the conversation. Keep them coming! My inquiry is if you have intent or interest in bringing in someone who focuses on music and meditation. Both in listening to music as a medium for meditation, and how meditation for musicians can help to improve our ability to just play and not think. I’m a Berklee graduate and while I would say I’m a competent pianist/guitarist/singer, I always feel held back by my own brain. Whether I go on a mental tangent where I’m eventually not even in the song I’m playing, thinking about what I’m going to do next to where I’ve lost connection with what I’m actually doing right there, or obsessing over that slip-up a few measures back. Do you have future plans for this line of thought, or would you consider this? Either way, I’m a huge fan of your program and podcasts.

Similarly, I really like the matter-of-fact...Read full review »
