Love love love this podcast
Beautifully written and performed. Engaging stories about day to day life with a cast of colourful characters. The author weaves thoughts about minuscule details such as door colours, window teddies and fence-peeing, with large ideas of relationships and death. I was so excited for Season 3 and now I am sad I’ve finished. I will go back and start listening from the beginning of Season 1 again!

Lorin is a wonderful writer and narrator. Her descriptions of everyday minutiae are insightful and her observations of the people around her have sometimes brought me to tears. She reminds me to ‘think of the things I love’ and be grateful.

It’s difficult to describe how beautiful these stories are, so full of life and the nostalgia of many neighborhoods and people that have existed in my own life and such a sublime reminder of home. I’ve found myself smiling from the inside out.

Love listening to this podcast while looking out the train window into the back yards of inner Melbourne.
