It’s awesome to have a podcast on flexible dieting. Zach is so genuine and inspiring. He’s changing people’s life’s from strict diets and eating disorders. You don’t have to do keto, fasting, etc. to see the results you want and make a lifestyle change you enjoy. Listen to this podcast and give it a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed

These guys are so so informative. They talk a lot about nutrition and how it affects you INTERNALLY, not just now, but down the road as well. They’ve honestly opened my eyes to a lot of myths out there. Every single episode is worth the listen!!!

It’s good to relate to people who know how it’s feels and how it has felt to not know where to go with body dismorphia and mental problems towards food and the anxiety it can cause when put in every day lives. Very truthful and grounded 👏🏼 enjoying listening to you guys. Well done.
