I’ve always went up and down in my weight my whole life . Lost about 80 pounds doing keto kept it off about 5 years. Then started putting the weight back on I gained back about 25 pounds and started looking into different weight loss programs . I started looking into macros and lost 13 pounds really quickly then stalled out . I saw your food videos on TikTok and then found this podcast I’ve been listening and taking notes lol ! I finally freaking understand how to lose weight and I feel so much more free and confident and in control of my weight! I’m 2 pounds away from my goal weight and will be going on maintenance calories I’m so excited !!

I have been through a life changing weight loss journey before but struggles with moderation. I cut out my favorite foods because they didn’t “fit” into my calorie goals. I have learned so much about moderation and a true lifestyle change from this podcast!
