I’ve always went up and down in my weight my whole life . Lost about 80 pounds doing keto kept it off about 5 years. Then started putting the weight back on I gained back about 25 pounds and started looking into different weight loss programs . I started looking into macros and lost 13 pounds really quickly then stalled out . I saw your food videos on TikTok and then found this podcast I’ve been listening and taking notes lol ! I finally freaking understand how to lose weight and I feel so much more free and confident and in control of my weight! I’m 2 pounds away from my goal weight and will be going on maintenance calories I’m so excited !!

I follow Zach on Instagram and noticed he finally started doing some podcasts about fitness/macros/nutrition over all. I enjoyed how Zach and Miguel gave a ton of helpful information but also made it easy for any beginner to follow. Thanks guys! Keep these episodes coming.

This is the best podcast I’ve listened to in regards to creating a better relationship with food!! Super helpful! I love the way it’s structured because it makes everything super clear and super easy to understand and learn! 🙌🏻 I’m bingeing on this! Lol
