Learn something new every episode and most importantly I love Zach’s view on the β€œWhy” we’re doing certain things vs just doing them to do it. I religiously track my macros but personally enjoy it. Not sure how I continue my cut without it though. Hopefully on a bulk I can put the phone away for a few.
